Removal & Installation

  1. Discharge A/C system, using approved refrigerant recovery/recycling equipment. Remove upper radiator sight shield. Remove battery. Remove upper radiator supports. Remove upper radiator attaching bolts.
  2. Remove nut from peanut fittings and disconnect refrigerant lines from condenser. Plug openings immediately. Remove upper condenser mounting bolts Tilt radiator rearward for clearance and carefully lift out condenser.
  3. To install, reverse removal procedure. Use new "O" rings at fittings, coated with clean refrigerant oil. Evacuate, charge, and leak test A/C system.
