Removal & Installation

  1. Remove plenum chamber. See PLENUM CHAMBER . Remove screws and heater core cover. See Fig 1. Carefully cut seal above heater core inlet and outlet then remove heater core. See Fig 2.
  2. To install, reverse removal procedure.
