Removal & Installation

  1. Remove plenum chamber. See PLENUM CHAMBER . Remove right front wheel. Remove screws from right front fender apron and remove fender apron. See Figure.
  2. Remove bolt located at upper left side of blower motor. See Figure. Remove screws and pin-type retainer and reposition cowl top cover to access duct nut. See Fig 1. Remove nut. See Fig 2. Remove nut and position harness cover aside. See Fig 3. Remove nut. See Fig 4. Remove bolt. See Fig 5. Remove wiring harness. See Fig 6. Disengage connectors and remove air recirculating duct. See Fig 7.
  3. To install, reverse removal procedure.
