Trunk Release Switch

Remove trunk release switch. See TRUNK RELEASE SWITCH  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. While pressing and releasing trunk release switch button, measure continuity between trunk release switch connector terminals (component side). Continuity should exist when switch button is pressed and resistance should be 5 ohms or less. Continuity should not exist when switch is released and resistance should be greater than 10 k/ohms.
