Removal & Installation

NOTE:
The fuel vapor control valve tube assembly and the fuel vapor vent valve are removed as one piece. Do not attempt to separate.
- Remove fuel tank. See FUEL TANK . To remove the fuel vapor control valve tube assembly, apply upward pressure on the fuel vapor vent valve. To remove the fuel vapor control valve, push down and rotate counterclockwise. Remove the fuel vapor control valve.
- Lubricate all "O" ring seals with rubber lubricant emulsion (P80) or equivalent. To install, reverse the removal procedure. Perform after repair procedure. See AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE .
