Removal & Installation

  1. Remove the evaporative emission canister and bracket assembly. See EVAPORATIVE SYSTEM CANISTER . Disconnect canister vent solenoid vent hose. Remove the canister vent solenoid.
  2. Lubricate all "O" ring seals with rubber lubricant emulsion (P80) or equivalent. To install, reverse the removal procedure. Perform after repair procedure. See AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE .
