Intermediate clutch pressure, valve body (1-2 shift valve, 1-2 accumulator solenoid pressure regulator valve), Shift Solenoid No. 1 (SSA) failure, incorrectly tightened valve body bolts, pump assembly, intermediate clutch assembly, intermediate one-way clutch assembly or low one-way clutch (planetary) assembly.
