OSC Preliminary Procedures

Perform the following procedures in order before entering into OSC modes:

• Select Vehicle and Engine Selection.
• Select Diagnostic Data Link.
• Select PCM.
• Select Output Test Mode.
• Select KOEO On-Demand Self Test and KOER On-Demand Self Tests.
• Perform tests and record DTCs.
• Repair all non-transmission-related DTCs.
• Repair all VSS and TR sensor DTCs.
• Ensure VSS and TR sensors are functional.
• Select Active Command Modes.
• Select Trans-Bench Mode or Trans-Drive Mode.
