Inspection & Verification
- Verify the customer's concern by operating the vehicle to duplicate the condition.
- Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage. Refer to Fig 1.
- If the inspection reveals obvious concerns that can be readily identified, repair as required.
- If the concern(s) remains after the inspection, run the AUTO TEST DIAGNOSTICS . If any DTCs are retrieved, refer to AIR SUSPENSION CONTROL MODULE DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) INDEX .
- If no DTCs are retrieved, GO to SYMPTOM CHART for further diagnostics.
- If no communication with the air suspension control module, GO to PINPOINT TEST A: NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE AIR SUSPENSION CONTROL MODULE .
