Removal

All vehicles
1. Remove the drive belt.
2. Raise the vehicle.





3. Remove the routing bracket.





Vehicles with EVO steering system
4. Disconnect the power steering auxiliary actuator electrical connector.

All vehicles
5. Remove the pulley.





6. Disconnect the hose.





7. Disconnect the hose.





8. Remove the four bolts and the power steering pump.





Vehicles with EVO steering system
9. If the power steering pump is to be replaced, remove the power steering auxiliary actuator.

Installation














1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
^ Install new seal rings as necessary.
2. Fill and leak check the system.
