Front Damper/Spring Removal & Installation: Installation

1. Install the damper/spring (A). Note the direction of the damper mounting base as shown.

NOTE:  Be careful not to damage the body.

2. Loosely install new flange nuts (A).

3. Loosely install new damper pinch bolts (A) and new self-lock nuts (B).

1. Load the suspension with the vehicle's weight.

2. Tighten all loosely installed mounting hardware to the specified torque.

1. Connect the stabilizer link (A) to the damper

2. Tighten a new flange nut (B) while holding the joint pin (C) with a hex wrench (D).

3. Install the wheel speed sensor harness clips (A)

4. Install the brake hose bracket (B).

5. Install the cowl top cover (A) 6. Install the hood rear seal (B) 7. Install the clip (C).
