Power Tailgate Drive Unit Removal & Installation: Installation

1. Power Tailgate Inside Beeper - Install
2. Power Tailgate Sensor - Install
3. Power Tailgate Drive Unit - Install

1. Install the power tailgate drive unit (A)

2. Connect the connectors.
4. Arm Unit - Install

1. Install the arm unit (A).

NOTE: Align the marks (B) of the drive unit (C) and the arm unit to install the arm unit.

2. Install the power tailgate rod bracket (A).
5. Left Quarter Pillar Trim - Install - Refer to: Interior Trim Removal and Installation - Pillar Areas Interior Trim Removal and Installation - Tailgate Areas Interior Trim Removal and Installation - Cargo Areas Interior Trim Removal and Installation - Rear Side Area Interior Trim Removal and Installation - Door Areas
NOTE: Make sure the power tailgate operates properly after installing the power tailgate drive unit.
