Power Tailgate Sensor Removal & Installation: Removal

1. Disconnect the connector

2. Separate the power tailgate drive unit connector B

3. Remove the power tailgate sensor (A).

4. Disassemble power tailgate drive unit connector B, then remove the two terminals (A) from the connector. NOTE:  The terminals (A) are a part of the power tailgate sensor.
