Removal & Installation

SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component locations and the precautions and procedures before doing repairs or service.

• 1. Driver's Airbag - Remove
• 2. Steering Wheel Assembly - Remove
• 3. HFL Switch (With HandsFreeLink) - Remove 
• 4. Steering Wheel Rear Cover - Remove
• 5. Audio Remote/Multi-Information Display Switch - Remove

  1. Remove the screw

  2. Disconnect the connector

  3. Remove the audio remote/multi-information display switch.

• 6. All Removed Parts - Install the audio remote/multi-Information display switch in the reverse order of removal.
