EPS Motor Removal & Installation: Installation

NOTE:  Do not allow dust, dirt, or other foreign materials to enter the steering gearbox.

1. 1. EPS Motor - Install

   1. Apply steering grease to a new O-ring (A)

   2. Apply steering grease into the EPS motor shaft (B)

   3. Install the O-ring to the EPS motor (C)

   4. Install the EPS motor.

2. 2. Connectors - Connect

   1. Connect the connector (A), then pulling down the lever (B), and confirm the connector is fully seated

   2. Connect the connector (C)

   3. Install the harness clips (D).

4. 4. Splash Shield - Install (If equipped)
5. 5. 12 Volt Battery Terminal - Reconnect
