LKAS Indicator (Amber)

When the LKAS detects a problem while operating, the LKAS stops operating, and the LKAS indicator stays on.

NOTE: 

• The EPS control unit supports the LKAS control. When there is an EPS control unit malfunction when the LKAS is working, both EPS and LKAS indicators come on.
• The LKAS communicates with the PCM, the EPS control unit, the VSA modulator-control unit, the steering angle sensor, and the gauge control module via the F-CAN. If a connected unit malfunctions, the LKAS will not operate. In this case, both the LKAS indicator and the connected unit indicator come on and stay on (except for the gauge control module).
