Brake Booster Removal & Installation: Installation

1. Install the brake booster (A) with a new brake booster gasket (B).

NOTE: 

• Be careful not to damage the brake booster mounting surfaces and the threads on the booster studs.
• Be careful not to bend or damage the brake lines.

2. Install the brake booster mounting nuts (A) 3. Install the pedal pin (B). NOTE:  Apply multipurpose grease to the clevis pin in the brake pedal 4. Install the lock pin (C).

1. Install the engine harness holder (A).

1. Connect the brake booster vacuum hose (A) to the brake booster (B).

1. Install the brake lines (A) to the brake line clamps (B).
