Removal & Installation

NOTE:  Keep all foreign particles out of the transmission.

• 1. Air Cleaner - Remove
• 2. Intake Air Duct - Remove
• 3. CVT Speed Sensor - Remove

  1. Remove the harness holder.

  2. Disconnect the connector (A). NOTE:  Check the connector for corrosion, dirt, or oil, and clean or repair if necessary 3. Remove the CVT speed sensor (B) and sensor washer (C) with the O-ring (D).

• 4. All Removed Parts - Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

  NOTE:  Be sure to use a new O-ring when installing the CVT speed sensor.
