NOTE:  Keep all foreign particles out of the transmission.

• 1. HDS DLC - Connect
• 2. SCS - Short

  1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode

  2. Jump the SCS line with the HDS, and wait more than 1 minute.

• 3. CVT Lock-Up Clutch Control Solenoid Valve - Internal Resistance Check
  • 1. Disconnect the PCM connector C (51P) .
  • 2. Measure the CVT lock-up clutch control solenoid valve resistance between the following test points 1 and 2.

  Test point 1	PCM connector C (51P) No. 3
  Test point 2	Body ground

  Standard: 5.0-6.3 Ω

  • If the resistance is within the standard, then the test is complete, and install all removed parts.
  • If the resistance is out of the standard, then go to the next step, and check the CVT lock-up clutch control solenoid valve operation.
