Removal & Installation

NOTE:  Set the MAX COOL position before removing the motor.

• 1. Passenger's Heater Duct - Remove 
• 2. Heater Core Cover - Remove

• 3. Passenger's Air Mix Control Motor - Remove

  1. Disconnect the connector (A)

  2. Remove the passenger's air mix control motor (B).

• 4. All Removed Parts - Install

  1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

  NOTE:  Align the passenger's air mix control motor (A) with the gear. After installation, make sure the motor runs smoothly.
