Humidity/In-Car Temperature Sensor Test: Test

NOTE: 

• Before testing the sensor, check for climate control DTCs.
• The climate control unit receives humidity (%) data via digital signal.
• The climate control unit receives in-car temperature (°C) data via digital transmission.

• 1. Humidity/In-Car Temperature Sensor - Test

  1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode

  2. Press and hold both the AUTO button (A) and the RECIRCULATION button (B), then start the engine.

  3. After the display mode of the sensor, release both buttons. The temperature indicator (C) will flash the sensor number 1 and then the value for that sensor

  4. Press the REAR WINDOW DEFOGGER/MIRROR DEFOGGER* button (D) until the desired sensor number is displayed.

  *: With mirror defogger

  NOTE:  The sensor number and the data are displayed alternatively every one second on the set temperature indicator.
