Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative cable from the battery. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector before disconnecting the negative cable from the battery.

  2. Remove the two Rear View Camera (RVC) switch bezel retaining screws (1a) and pull the switch bezel (1b) out of the deck lid.
  3. Disconnect the RVC wire harness connectors (2a, 2b) and remove the switch bezel from the vehicle.

  4. Remove the two RVC screws (1a).
  5. Remove the RVC (1b) from the switch bezel.
