Removal And Installation: Removal

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the window motor. Refer to MOTOR, WINDOW REGULATOR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
3. Release the covers (1a).
4. Lift the glass, until the screws (2a) attaching the lift blocks, are at the openings (1b).
5. Loosen the screws (2a), releasing the glass from the lift blocks.

6. Lift the glass (1a) with care and remove it from the outside of the door, after releasing it from the rear channel (1b) and then the front channel (1c).

INSTALLATION

1. Install the glass (1a) into position with care from the outside of the door, engaging it with the front channel (1b) and then the rear channel (1c).

2. Engage the glass to the lift blocks, then tighten the screws (1a).
3. Seat the covers (2a) on the carrier plate openings (2b).
4. Install the window motor. Refer to MOTOR, WINDOW REGULATOR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
5. Connect the negative battery cable.
