1. Install the hood latch release cable (3c) into the hood latch.
2. Align the hood latch (1a) with the reference mark made previously and tighten the hood latch bolts (2a) securely.
3. Install the hood latch release cable (1d) into the hood latch.
4. Verify proper hood latch operation and fit of hood. Adjust if necessary. Refer to GAP AND FLUSH, SPECIFICATIONS .

5. Install the front fascia upper cover (2a) and the push fasteners (1a).
