Front QUADRIFOGLIO - Carbon Ceramic: Removal
NOTE:
When replacing the front brake disc, connect the scan tool to the Data Link Connector (DLC), select "ABS" and start the following procedures: BRAKE DISC.
NOTE:
If the front brake disc needs to be replaced, connect the diagnosis equipment to the vehicle diagnosis socket, go to "ABS control unit" and start the following procedures: BREMBO DISC MANAGEMENT.
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Remove the front brake caliper. Refer to CALIPER, DISC BRAKE, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION CALIPER, DISC BRAKE, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Remove the mounting bolt (1a) and remove the front brake disc (1b).
