Left Side: Installation

  1. Using a NEW  O-ring, install the left cylinder head Variable Valve Timing (VVT) solenoid in its housing (1a), exhaust side and tighten the bolt (1b) to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  2. Connect the left cylinder head VVT wire harness connector (2) for the exhaust side.
  3. Perform the same operation for installing the left cylinder head VVT solenoid, intake side.
