Removal And Installation

REMOVAL

Remove the vibration damper. Refer to DAMPER, VIBRATION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

NOTE:
When removing the front crankshaft oil seal, be careful not to damage its seat.

NOTE:
The front crankshaft oil seal is ruined during the removal operation, therefore it must always be changed.
Carefully remove the front crankshaft oil seal (1).

INSTALLATION

Using the (special tool #2030100090, Installer, Crankshaft Oil Seal), Install the NEW front crankshaft oil seal.
Install the vibration damper. Refer to DAMPER, VIBRATION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
