Removal And Installation

REMOVAL 

  1. Remove the serpentine belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  2. Using the (special tool #2024200090, Damper, Rotating Tool) tool (1a), remove the bolts (1b), the washer and the vibration damper (1c).

INSTALLATION

  1. Install the vibration damper onto the crankshaft (1a) complete with washer. Using the (special tool #2024200090, Damper, Rotating Tool) tool (1c) tighten the NEW  bolts (1b) to the proper specification. Refer to FRONT ENGINE  .
  2. Install the serpentine belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
