Right Side Oil Return Line

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the generator. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

2. Remove the bolt (1a) securing the engine oil return line from the right turbocharger (1b), engine side.

3. Remove the bolts (1a) and the engine oil return line from right turbocharger (1b), complete with gasket (1c) and O-ring (1d).

INSTALLATION

1. Using a NEW  gasket and a NEW  O-ring, install the oil return line to the right turbocharger (1a) and tighten the bolts (1b) to the proper specification. Refer to TURBOCHARGER  .

2. Install the bolt (1a) securing oil return line from the right turbocharger (1b) engine side, and tighten to the proper specification. Refer to TURBOCHARGER  .
3. Install the generator. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
