Left Side Oil Return Line

REMOVAL

Remove the A/C compressor. Refer to COMPRESSOR, A/C, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

Remove the bolt (1a) securing the engine oil return line to the left turbocharger (1b), engine side.

Remove the bolts (1a) securing the engine oil return line to the left turbocharger (1b), complete with gasket (1c) and O-ring (1d).

INSTALLATION

Using a NEW gasket and NEW O-ring, install the oil return line to the right turbocharger (1a) and tighten the bolts (1b) to the proper specification. Refer to TURBOCHARGER .

Install the bolt (1a) securing the oil return line from right turbocharger (1b), engine side, and tighten to the proper specification. Refer to TURBOCHARGER .
Install the A/C compressor. Refer to COMPRESSOR, A/C, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
