Right Side Oil Supply Line

REMOVAL 

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the right side turbocharger/exhaust manifold heat shield. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  3. Remove the bolt (1a) and the oil dipstick tube (1b).

  4. Remove the bolt (1a) and disconnect the engine oil supply pipe to the right turbocharger (1b).

  5. Remove the bolt (1a) and the right turbocharger oil delivery pipe (1b), complete with O-rings (1c).

INSTALLATION

  1. Using a NEW  O-rings, install the engine oil pipe to the right turbocharger (1a), and tighten the bolt (1b) to the proper specification. Refer to TURBOCHARGER  .

  2. Connect the engine oil supply pipe to the right turbocharger (1a) and tighten the bolt (1b) to the proper specification. Refer to .
  3. Install the engine oil dipstick tube and securely tighten the bolt.
  4. Install the right side turbocharger heat shield. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  5. Connect the negative battery cable.
