Right Side Turbocharger Heat Shield

REMOVAL 

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the engine and transmission. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  3. Remove the bolts (1a) and the right side turbocharger/exhaust manifold heat shield (1b).

INSTALLATION 

  1. Install the right side turbocharger/exhaust manifold heat shield and securely tighten the bolts.
  2. Install the engine and transmission. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  3. Connect the negative battery cable.
