Right Air Inlet Connector To Turbocharger

REMOVAL 

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the right turbocharger intercooler. Refer to COOLER AND HOSES, CHARGE AIR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  3. Remove the bolts (1a) and the right turbocharger air outlet connector (1b) complete with gasket.

INSTALLATION

  1. Using a NEW  gasket, install the right turbocharger air intake connector (1a) and tighten the bolts (1b) to the proper specification. Refer to TURBOCHARGER  .
  2. Install the right turbocharger intercooler. Refer to COOLER AND HOSES, CHARGE AIR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  3. Connect the negative battery cable.
