Heat Shield For Exhaust Pipe On Fuel Tank

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the muffler. Refer to MUFFLER, EXHAUST, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION 
2. Remove the right rear underbody side heat shield. Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR SUSPENSION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, SIDE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
3. Remove the left rear underbody side heat shield. Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR SUSPENSION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, SIDE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

4. Remove the screws (1a) and the exhaust pipe heat shield on the fuel tank (1b).

INSTALLATION 

1. Install the exhaust pipe heat shield on the fuel tank back in its housing and securely tighten the bolts.
2. Install the left rear underbody side heat shield. Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR SUSPENSION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, SIDE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
3. Install the right rear underbody side heat shield. Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR SUSPENSION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, SIDE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
4. Install the muffler. Refer to MUFFLER, EXHAUST, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
