Front Fuel Delivery Line

1. Perform the fuel pressure release procedure. Refer to FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE  .
2. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
3. Remove the hood. Refer to HOOD, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
4. Remove the cowl panel. Refer to COVER, COWL PANEL, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
5. Remove the intake manifold. Refer to MANIFOLD, INTAKE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

6. Open the front fuel delivery pipe retaining clip (1).

7. Disconnect the fuel supply pipe quick connector (1), from the pressure pump.

8. Disconnect the wire harness connection for the fuel temperature-pressure sensor (1).
9. Open the clip (2a), disconnect the quick connector (2b) and remove the front fuel supply pipe (2c).

INSTALLATION 

1. Install the front fuel supply pipe, connect the quick connectors and close the intermediate retaining clips.
2. Connect the electrical connection for the fuel temperature-pressure sensor.
3. Install the intake manifold. Refer to MANIFOLD, INTAKE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
4. Install the cowl panel. Refer to COVER, COWL PANEL, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
5. Install the hood. Refer to HOOD, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
6. Connect the negative battery cable.
