Removal And Installation: Inner

NOTE:

The tail lamps are LED and the bulbs cannot be changed.

REMOVAL 

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the deck lid trim panel. Refer to PANEL, TRIM, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector (1a) from the inner tail lamp (1b).
  4. Remove the fasteners (2a).
  5. Remove the lamp (1b) by disengaging the inner retainers.

INSTALLATION 

  1. Position the lamp to the vehicle for installation.

  2. Position the lamp (1a) and engage the inner retainers.
  3. Install and securely tighten the lamp to body retaining fasteners (2a).
  4. Connect the wiring harness connector (3a) to the lamp (1a).
  5. Install the deck lid trim panel. Refer to PANEL, TRIM, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  6. Connect the negative battery cable.
