Right Idler Pulley

REMOVAL

Remove the serpentine belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Remove the bolt (1a) and the right idler pulley (1b) with the conical washer (1c).

INSTALLATION

Install the right idler pulley (1a) with the conical washer (1b) and tighten the bolt (1c) to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS GAS ENGINE .
Install the serpentine belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
