When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

• High side switch is activated.
• When Shifter Position is in PARK or NEUTRAL:
  • Engine speed via Controller Area Network (CAN) or input speed signal is above a calibrated value for a calibrated amount of time.
• When Shifter Position is in DRIVE or REVERSE:
  • Engine speed via CAN or input speed signal is above a calibrated value.
