This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

No Purge Solenoid control circuit DTCs active.
Altitude is below 8314 feet.
Battery voltage is between 10.7 and 16.1 volts.
Engine temperature is above 70°C (158°F).
Vehicle speed above 25 km/h (15.5 mph).
Engine not in boost mode.
