This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- No Purge Solenoid control circuit DTCs active.
- Altitude is below 8314 feet.
- Battery voltage is between 11.0 and 16.0 volts.
- Ambient temperature is above 1.5°C (34.7°F).
- Engine speed is below 1200 rpm.
- Vehicle speed is 0.
- Engine not in boost mode.
