When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

• With the Battery voltage above 11.0 volts.
• The Battery voltage is continuously monitored during the different transitions from engine running, to an Auto Stop, during Auto Stop, to an Auto Start, and back to engine running.
• The readings from the Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS) are compared to rational readings for each transition.
