When Monitored

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:
- Engine coolant temperature on the previous drive cycle was above 75°C (135°C).
- Engine coolant temperature at initial start is below 40°C (72°C).
- The difference between the AAT Sensor, IAT 2 Sensor and ECT Sensor is between -10°C (-18°C) and 10°C (18°C) at initial engine start.
