This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:

With the ignition on or engine running.
Battery voltage is above 13.0 volts.
No Battery system voltage or LIN Communication DTCs active.
Charge Air Cooler (CAC) Coolant Pump duty cycle is being commanded.
