Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Open the hood.
  3. Raise and support the vehicle.
  4. Remove the headlamp washer reservoir. Refer to RESERVOIR, WINDSHIELD WASHER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  5. Rotate the headlamp washer pump (1a), then disconnect the quick coupling (1b) and the headlamp washer fluid outlet hose (1c).
  6. Remove the headlamp washer pump from the reservoir.
  7. Disconnect the wire harness connector from the headlamp washer pump.
