Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Check that the headlamp washer pump is not damaged.

  2. Check that the sealing gasket (1) in the reservoir is clean and in good condition.
  3. Connect the headlamp washer pump wire harness connector.
  4. Insert the headlamp washer pump in the reservoir seat.
  5. Connect the quick coupling for the headlamp washer outlet hose to the pump.
  6. Rotate the headlamp washer pump into place, then route the fluid outlet hose in its place.
  7. Install the headlamp washer reservoir. Refer to RESERVOIR, WINDSHIELD WASHER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  8. Connect the negative battery cable.
