Door Handle - Front

REMOVAL 

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the interior door trim panel. Refer to PANEL, DOOR TRIM, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or PANEL, DOOR TRIM, UPPER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or PANEL, DOOR TRIM, REFLECTOR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector (1a).
  4. Disconnect the Light Emitting diode (LED) lamp (2a).
  5. Remove the LED lamp (2a) complete with the wiring (3a) by releasing it from the retainer (3b).

INSTALLATION 

  1. Position the LED lamp complete with the wiring to the vehicle for installation.

  2. Install the LED lamp complete with the wiring to the door panel and engage the retainer (1c).
  3. Connect the LED lamp assembly (1a).
  4. Connect the wiring harness connector (3).
  5. Install the interior door trim panel. Refer to PANEL, DOOR TRIM, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or PANEL, DOOR TRIM, UPPER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or PANEL, DOOR TRIM, REFLECTOR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  6. Connect the negative battery cable.
