Removal And Installation

REMOVAL 

1. Open the decklid/ trunk.
2. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.

3. Remove the trunk lamp (1a) by releasing both of the retainers (1b and 1c).
4. Disconnect the wiring harness connector (2).

5. If needed, open the trunk lamp housing by releasing the retainers (1a) and remove the bulb (1b).

INSTALLATION 

1. Inspect the trunk lamp, trunk lamp bulb and the wiring harness connector integrity.

2. If removed, install the bulb (1a) in the lamp and close the lamp by securing the retainers (1b).

3. Connect the wiring harness connector (1a) to the lamp (2a).
4. Install the lamp to the body panel and secure both of the retainers (2b and 2c).
5. Connect the negative battery cable.
