Intermediate Fuel Vapor Line

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR SUSPENSION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, SIDE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
2. Remove the right side under body belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, SIDE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
3. Remove the right front wheelhouse splash shield. Refer to SHIELD, SPLASH, FRONT WHEELHOUSE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
4. Remove the pressurized coolant bottle. Refer to BOTTLE, PRESSURIZED COOLANT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

5. Disconnect the front fuel vapor line quick coupling (1).

6. Disconnect the intermediate fuel vapor line (1) from the retaining clips.

7. Disconnect the quick coupling (1a), release the intermediate fuel vapor line (1b) from the retaining clips (1c) and remove it.

INSTALLATION 

1. Install the intermediate fuel vapor pipe and connect the quick couplings and engage the retaining clips.
2. Install the pressurized coolant bottle. Refer to BOTTLE, PRESSURIZED COOLANT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
3. Install the right front wheelhouse splash shield. Refer to SHIELD, SPLASH, FRONT WHEELHOUSE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
4. Install the right side under body belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, SIDE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
5. Install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR SUSPENSION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, SIDE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
