Triple Line Carrying Fuel Vapor Into Activated Vapor Canister

REMOVAL 

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the left rear wheelhouse splash shield. Refer to SHIELD, SPLASH, REAR WHEELHOUSE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

3. Disconnect the quick connector (1) of the triple fuel vapor line to the active vapor canister.

4. Disconnect the quick connector (1) of the triple fuel vapor line to the active vapor canister, tank side.

5. Disconnect the fuel vapor pressure sensor wire harness connector (1).
6. Disconnect the quick connector (2) of the triple fuel vapor line to the active vapor canister.

7. Open the clip (1a) and remove the triple fuel vapor line on the active vapor canister inlet (1b).

INSTALLATION 

1. Install the triple fuel vapor line to the active vapor canister inlet, close the retaining clips and connect the quick couplings.
2. Connect the fuel vapor pressure sensor wire harness connector.
3. Install the left rear wheelhouse splash shield. Refer to SHIELD, SPLASH, REAR WHEELHOUSE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
