Low Pressure EGR Valve Manifold

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the low pressure EGR valve. Refer to SENSOR, MASS AIRFLOW (MAF), REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
2. Remove the A/C compressor. Refer to COMPRESSOR, A/C, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

3. Remove the upper bolt (1a), the lower bolts (1b) and the low pressure EGR valve manifold (1c).

4. Remove and discard the gaskets (1).
5. If necessary, remove the low pressure EGR temperature sensor (2).

INSTALLATION

1. If removed, install the low pressure EGR temperature sensor (1) and tighten it to the proper specification. Refer to EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

2. Install the low pressure EGR valve manifold (1a) and tighten the lower bolts (1b) and the upper bolt (1c) at the proper specification. Refer to EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
3. Install the A/C compressor. Refer to COMPRESSOR, A/C, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
4. Install the low pressure EGR valve. Refer to VALVE, EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION (EGR), REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
